Storytelling-driven growth. A story of rebranding the concept of mobile cafes in Jakarta.

A mobile coffee startup aiming to modernize the “starling” (street coffee seller) concept through sustainable electric carts and community empowerment, but lacked strong positioning and public awareness.
🎯 Solution:
– Led a full rebranding initiative: logo, brand promise, tagline, color palette, and mission-vision.
– Created “Bang Jago” – a fictional brand persona to build relatability on social media.
– Led #JagoParty campaign to foster a sense of family around the coffee experience.
